Lavender Blueberry Gin Sparkler
Indulge in a lavender blueberry gin sparkler, a gin-based cocktail using Slim Blueberry Burst. This low-calorie treat combines the tartness of blueberries with the aromatic of homemade lavender syrup and has the perfect amount of ginger fizz. - 1 cup (250 mL) water
- ½ cup (125 mL) sugar
- 1 tablespoon (15 mL) dried lavender
- 4 oz (120 mL) Slim Blueberry Burst
- 1 ½ oz (45 mL) gin
- 1 ½ oz (45 mL) lavender syrup
- Juice from ½ lemon
- 1 cup (250 mL) ginger ale flavour sparkling water
- Fresh Blueberries and lime slices, for garnish (optional)
- Ice
- Lavender Syrup

In a small saucepan, bring water to boil. Add the sugar and mix well until it’s completely dissolved.

Remove from the heat and add the dried lavender.

Allow to cool in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Strain the lavender from the mixture.

In a tall glass filled with ice, add Slim Blueberry Burst, gin, lavender simple syrup and a squeeze of lemon juice.

Stir to combine, and top with tonic water.
