This cocktail offers a delightful blend of ginger’s spiciness, the tropical notes of SunRype Slim Tropical Mango juice, and the effervescence of kombucha. It’s a low-calorie option that’s both flavourful and refreshing.

Ingredients
  • 1 oz (30 ml) fresh ginger juice (optional)
  • 2 oz (60 ml) SunRype Slim Tropical Mango juice
  • 4 oz (120 ml) ginger-flavoured kombucha
  • 1 oz (30 ml) vodka (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves and a slice of lime for garnish
Directions
  1. Fill a glass with ice cubes.

  2. Pour in the fresh ginger juice (if an extra kick of ginger is desired) and SunRype Slim Tropical Mango juice.

  3. Add vodka if using.

  4. Top with ginger-flavoured kombucha.

  5. Stir gently to combine.

  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a slice of lime.

  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Chef's tip

Make it a mocktail: simply leave out the vodka.

Prepare with
